BY COMPLETING THIS SURVEY AN ENTRANT IS INDICATING THEIR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SHOULD YOU DISGAREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU SHOULD NOT COMPLETE THE SURVEY.

1           How to participate

1.1             In order to enter this promotion, you must complete a survey by entering the information requested.

1.2             All entries must include your name, email address, , and telephone number.

1.3             Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

1.4             There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.

1.5             You may only submit one entry to this promotion.

2           Start date

This promotion will start at 24:00 on 22 February 2021.

3           Closing date

The closing date for this promotion will be 7 March 2021 at 23:59. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

4           Selection of the winner

4.1             There shall be only one winner and only one prize.

4.2             The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5           Prize

5.1             The prize is as follows: a £250 John Lewis voucher

5.2             There is no alternative prize.

5.3             The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

6           Restrictions and requirements

6.1             Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply

6.1.1         You must be resident in the UK

6.1.2         You must be over 18

6.2             Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

6.3             Anyone professionally connected with this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

7           Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

7.1             The promoter will notify the winner by email on or before the 19 March 2021.

7.2             The winner should reply to the email within seven days in order to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within the specified period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8           Publicity and personal information

8.2             The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Osprey Charging Network Ltd Camburgh House, 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3DN .

8.3             If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.

8.4             You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.

9           General

9.1             This promotion is operated by Osprey Charging Network Ltd incorporated in England and Wales under company number 08460233 and having its registered office at Camburgh House, 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3DN.

9.2             The third party agency fulfilling this promotion on behalf of the promoter is: Aardvark Research Limited incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06049548 and having its registered office at 11 Church Street, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EQ

9.3             In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the gift, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9.4             The promoter reserves the right to delay the awarding of the gift voucher to the winning entrant in circumstances pertaining to COVID-19 such as additional lockdown measures where it is not possible to manufacture or deliver the gift due to temporary facility closures.

9.5             Entrants that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in disqualification.

9.6             The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9.7             Entrants acknowledge that copyright in submissions will be owned by the promoter. Entrants agree to assign to the promoter all intellectual property rights in the submission with full title guarantee and to waive their moral rights.

9.8             While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

9.9             These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country in which you live.

9.10          Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. As this clause is non-exclusive, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
