As one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing charge point networks, Osprey Charging actively maintains over 600 rapid chargers from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands. In addition to our own Field Operations Managers, the high reliability and standard of the Osprey network is supported by service and maintenance partner Gilbarco Veeder-Root (GVR).
GVR provide both preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance to our Tritium and Kempower charger hardware, which delivers rapid charging of 75kW+ to drivers at multi-charger, high-power sites including large charging hubs. Maximising the availability and uptime of these chargers is essential to Osprey’s reputation as a trusted and worry-free experience for all drivers.

Gilbarco Veeder-Root provide a comprehensive aftermarket service and their teams on the ground are very experienced. We believe customers, especially new EV drivers, should have a great charging experience the first time and every time. This makes our choice of maintenance partner very important. We’re pleased to have this high quality through our ongoing partnership with GVR.
